  • Preheat oven to 425 F.
  • Generously season the chicken to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper making sure they are well covered.

  • Place the chicken legs on a baking sheet, and bake in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes, until no longer pink.
  • Melt ghee in a saucepan over medium heat.
