Breakfast for One in a Pan Recipe
A Paleo breakfast for one that will be the envy of the crowd... You may need an additional pan for those who smell your breakfast frying on the stove.

Melt the coconut oil in a large pan, then add the pork sausage.
2 tsp. coconut oil, 1 pork sausage
Cook over medium heat until the sausage is almost cooked through.
Add the mushrooms and season with salt.
5 mushrooms, Sea salt
Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes, then add the bacon.
2 strips bacon
Flip the bacon after a minute or two, allowing the bacon fat to render.
Add the cherry tomatoes and allow to cook until they start to blister.
A small handful of cherry tomatoes
Finally, moving everything to the edges, add the egg to the pan and cook to your preference.
1 large egg
Season and serve.
