Garlic And Herb Roasted Butternut Squash Recipe
Heat up the oven, cube the squash, coat with olive oil and fresh herbs, then bake away! Roasted butternut squash with garlic and herbs is here to feed and nourish, you well.

Preheat oven to 425 F.
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, and season to taste.
1 butternut squash, 4 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, 2 tbsp. fresh rosemary, 1 tbsp. fresh thyme, ¼ cup olive oil, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Gently toss everything until well coated.
Place the squash on a parchment lined, or lightly oiled baking sheet.
Roast in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes, turning at the halfway point.
Adjust seasoning and serve topped with more fresh herbs, if desired.
