In a bowl, combine the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, parsley, and season to taste.

In a salad bowl, combine the cucumber, grape tomatoes, red and green onions, celery, and flaked salmon.
6 to 8 oz. salmon, 1 cucumber, 2 cups grape tomatoes, 1 red onion, 2 celery stalks, 1 green onion
Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss everything.
Serve topped with additional fresh parsley.
