  • In a bowl, combine the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, parsley, and season to taste.
    ⅓ cup olive oil, 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar, 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • In a salad bowl, combine the cucumber, grape tomatoes, red and green onions, celery, and flaked salmon.
    6 to 8 oz. salmon, 1 cucumber, 2 cups grape tomatoes, 1 red onion, 2 celery stalks, 1 green onion
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss everything.
  • Serve topped with additional fresh parsley.
