  • In a bowl, combine the garlic, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, and whole-grain mustard, and season to taste; whisk until well emulsified.
    4 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp. whole-grain mustard, ¼ cup olive oil, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Place the chicken in a marinating container, and pour the mustard sauce over it.
    8 to 10 chicken drumsticks
  • Make sure all the chicken pieces are well coated, cover, and let marinate for 2 to 12 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet, and cook for 45 to 55 minutes, turning at the halfway point.
  • Let the chicken rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
