  • In a small bowl, whisk together the simple dressing ingredients until well emulsified.
    ¼ cup homemade mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp. Dijon or whole-grain mustard, 1 tbsp. maple syrup, 1 tsp. garlic powder, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • In a salad bowl, combine the salad ingredients.
    4 cups Boston lettuce leaves, 4 endive heads, 1 red apple, ½ cup red grapes, ½ cup cherry tomatoes, ½ cup pecans
  • Serve the salad with the dressing drizzled on top.
