  • Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  • Slice the calamari tubes into thin rings.
    2 lbs. calamari tubes and tentacles
  • Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and season to taste.
    1 lemon, 1 lime, 1 orange, 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, ¼ cup olive oil, 3 tbsp. lemon juice, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, 2 garlic cloves
  • Toss everything gently until well coated.
  • Grill the calamari and citrus fruit using a grilling basket or pan until fully cooked about 4 to 5 minutes.
