  • Place the coconut milk, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, cilantro, and hot pepper sauce, and season to taste in a blender.
    ½ cup coconut milk, ¼ cup homemade mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce, 1 garlic clove, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, 1 avocado
  • Pulse everything until you get a smooth sauce.
  • Adjust the seasoning, and serve with fresh vegetables.
