  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush the pork chops with melted ghee on both sides.
    8 pork chops, ¼ cup ghee
  • Season the pork chops with the dried chives, dried oregano, garlic, and onion; season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
    2 tbsp. dried chives, 1 tbsp. dried oregano, ½ tbsp. garlic flakes, ½ tbsp. onion flakes, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Grill the pork chops on the preheated grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  • Serve the pork chops topped with green onions.
