  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Add the garlic and cook 1 to 2 minutes or until fragrant.

  • Add all of the thinly sliced vegetables, season to taste and cook until softened, 4 to 5 minutes.
    1 bell pepper, 1 red onion, 1 zucchini, 1 bunch baby asparagus, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, 8 to 10 thinly sliced sirloin or flank steaks
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place some of the vegetables in the center of each slice of beef. Tightly roll the meat around the filling, and secure with a toothpick.

  • Season each beef roll to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
