Ribeye Steak with Texas-Style Rub Recipe
When it comes to summer fun and a picnic with grilled BBQ, nothing less than a rib eye steak smothered in a Texas style dry rub will do. Spice it up!

Mix all the spices in a bowl and season generously to taste with salt and pepper to create the Texas-style dry rub.
¼ cup chili powder, ⅓ cup coconut sugar, 2 tbsp. ground mustard, 2 tbsp. ground cumin, 1 tbsp. garlic powder, 1 tbsp. onion powder, 1 tbsp. paprika, 1 tsp. ground cayenne pepper, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Rub both sides of the steaks evenly with the spices, and store the remaining mix.
4 bone-in ribeye steaks
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Allow the meat to come to room temperature on the counter while the grill is preheating.
Place the steaks on the grill and cook until golden brown and slightly charred, 4 to 5 minutes per side.
Transfer the steaks to a cutting board and let rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
