Preheat oven to 400 F.
Brush the chicken breast with olive oil and season with oregano, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.
4 chicken breasts, 1 cup homemade barbecue sauce, ½ tbsp. dried oregano, ½ tbsp. paprika, ½ tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
Brush half the bbq sauce over the chicken breasts, making sure they are well covered.
Top the chicken with pineapple, bell pepper, and red onion.
1 red onion, 2 cups pineapple, 1 bell pepper
Drizzle the remaining BBQ sauce over the vegetables and place in the oven.
Baked for 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
