  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Brush the chicken breast with olive oil and season with oregano, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.
    4 chicken breasts, 1 cup homemade barbecue sauce, ½ tbsp. dried oregano, ½ tbsp. paprika, ½ tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  • Brush half the bbq sauce over the chicken breasts, making sure they are well covered.
  • Top the chicken with pineapple, bell pepper, and red onion.
    1 red onion, 2 cups pineapple, 1 bell pepper
  • Drizzle the remaining BBQ sauce over the vegetables and place in the oven.
  • Baked for 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
