  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the pico de gallo, season to taste with salt and pepper, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, 2 medium tomatoes, ½ red onion, ½ green bell pepper, 1 jalapeno, 2 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice, ¼ tsp. cumin, ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, combine the chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder; season with salt and pepper to taste.
    2 tbsp. chili powder, ½ tbsp. paprika, 1 tsp. ground cumin, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. onion powder, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Sprinkle the steaks with the chili mixture on both sides, making sure it is evenly covered.
    4 sirloin steaks
  • Grill the steaks for 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness.
  • Let the steaks rest for 4 to 5 minutes and serve topped with fresh pico de gallo.
