  • In a salad bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, kale, apple, and blueberries.
    1 cup green cabbage, ½ cup red cabbage, 2 cups raw kale, 2 carrots, 1 apple, ¼ cup fresh blueberries
  • In a bowl, whisk the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, and lemon juice; season to taste with salt and pepper.
    ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp. raw honey, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Drizzle the vinaigrette over the kale salad and toss until well blended.
  • Serve the salad topped with slivered almonds.
