In a small bowl, whisk the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and homemade mayonnaise until well-blended.
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, ¼ to ½ cup homemade mayonnaise
Add the remaining ingredients to a salad bowl.
4 cups shredded carrots, 1 cup shredded cabbage, ¼ cup dried cranberries, 1 apple, ½ cup pineapple
Pour the mayonnaise mixture into the salad bowl and toss until well-blended.
Refrigerate before serving.
