  • In a bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, coconut aminos, garlic cloves, and thyme; season with salt and pepper to taste.
    ¼ cup balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp. coconut aminos, 2 garlic cloves, 1 to 2 tbsp. fresh thyme, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Place the mushrooms in a large bowl and pour the balsamic vinegar mixture over the mushrooms.
    2 lb. mushrooms, ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • Toss everything gently until well covered and marinate for about 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  • If using wood skewers, soak them in water for at least 5 minutes.

  • Skewer the mushrooms on wood or metal skewers.
  • Place on the grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
