  • In a bowl, combine the coconut aminos, raw honey, grated apple, garlic, ginger, chili paste, and olive oil.
    ¾ cup coconut aminos, ¼ cup raw honey, 1 apple, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, 1 tbsp. chili paste, 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Mix everything until well combined and pour over the short ribs.
    3 lbs. beef short ribs
  • Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 8 hours.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the short ribs for 4 to 5 minutes per side, basting with the remaining marinade.
  • Serve the short ribs topped with sliced green onions.
