  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • Place the chicken thighs on a baking dish.
    8 bone-in chicken thighs
  • Sprinkle the chicken with paprika, oregano, onion flakes, garlic, and season to taste.
    1 tsp. paprika, 1 tsp. dried oregano, 1 tsp. onion flakes, ½ tsp. garlic powder, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Lay fresh rosemary sprigs over the chicken thighs.
