In a bowl or jar, mix all the ingredients for the vinaigrette, season to taste, and whisk until well combined.
3 tbsp. fresh orange juice, 1 tbsp. orange zest, 2 tsp. raw honey, ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Add all the ingredients for the salad into a big salad bowl.
5 cups romaine lettuce, 1 pear, ½ cucumber, ½ cup cherry tomatoes, ½ cup red grapes
Drizzle the vinaigrette on top and toss gently until well coated.
