Ingredients

Instructions

  • In a food processor, combine all the ingredients for the dressing, and pulse until smooth.
    ½ cup raspberries, ½ cup mayonnaise, 4 tsp. apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp. poppy seeds, ¼ cup almond milk
  • In a large salad bowl, combine spinach and berries.
    6 oz. baby spinach, ½ cup fresh strawberries, ½ cup blueberries, ½ cup blackberries, ½ cup raspberries
  • Top the salad with avocado slices and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
    2 large avocados, ¼ cup. roasted walnuts
  • Drizzle with dressing and serve.
