Berry Salad with Raspberry Dressing Recipe
Delicious and colorful, this salad with strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries is also full of healthy fats.
 Keyword berry, raspberry, salad  Prep Time 15 minutes minutes  Total Time 15 minutes minutes - In a food processor, combine all the ingredients for the dressing, and pulse until smooth. - ½ cup raspberries, ½ cup mayonnaise, 4 tsp. apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp. poppy seeds, ¼ cup almond milk 
- In a large salad bowl, combine spinach and berries. - 6 oz. baby spinach, ½ cup fresh strawberries, ½ cup blueberries, ½ cup blackberries, ½ cup raspberries 
- Top the salad with avocado slices and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. - 2 large avocados, ¼ cup. roasted walnuts 
- Drizzle with dressing and serve.
