Steak Salad With Garlic-Herb Dressing Recipe

  • Season the steak with oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
    2 sirloin steaks, Juice of 1 lemon, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, 2 tbsp. cooking oil
  • Grill the steak in a hot griddle pan until cooked to your preference, about 5-7 minutes each side.

  • When the steak is cooked, remove from the pan and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.
  • Grill the asparagus in the hot pan until just cooked.
  • Slice the steak and place on a bed of baby spinach leaves.
    3 cups baby spinach
  • Add the grilled asparagus, avocado, and cherry tomatoes.
    10-15 spears of fresh asparagus, 1 avocado, ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • Combine all the ingredients for the garlic-herb dressing and mix well.
    Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 garlic clove, 1 tsp. fresh parsley, 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
