In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the zesty marinade.
¼ cup olive oil, ¼ cup lemon juice, ½ cup red onion, 1 garlic clove, 1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley, ⅛ tsp. hot pepper sauce;, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Stir in the shrimp, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Preheat your oven to 450 F.
Wrap each shrimp with half a slice of bacon.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper, and place the bacon-wrapped shrimp on it.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp.
