Ingredients

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dressing and stir until well combined.
    ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, ½ tsp. dried oregano, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • In a salad bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onions
    4 tomatoes, 1 cucumber, 1 bell pepper, 1 small red onion
  • Drizzle the dressing on top of the salad and give everything a gentle toss.
  • Serve the salad topped with olives.
    ¾ cup Kalamata olives
