  • Place the chicken, celery, onion, and stock in a slow cooker.
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1 celery stalk, 1 onion, 1 cup chicken stock, 2 cloves garlic
  • Set to low and cook for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Remove the chicken and stock from the slow cooker, and reserve the stock.
  • Shred the chicken using two forks.
  • Return the chicken to the slow cooker. Add the hot sauce and ½ cup of the reserved stock.
    ¼ to ½ cup hot cayenne pepper sauce
  • Cook for another 30 minutes and serve.
