In a bowl, combine the coconut aminos, blueberry jam, honey, lime juice, Sriracha, and garlic.

Season the chicken wings with sea salt, black pepper, and onion powder.

Pour the marinade over the chicken wings in a marinating container, and toss until everything is well coated.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or up to 8 hours.
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Arrange chicken wings on a baking sheet, reserving the remaining marinade.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, baste with the remaining marinade and bake for another 20 minutes.
Put the baking sheet under the broiler. Broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until nice and crispy.
