  • In a bowl, combine the coconut aminos, blueberry jam, honey, lime juice, Sriracha, and garlic.
    1 cup coconut aminos, ¼ cup blueberry jam, 3 tbsp. raw honey or maple syrup, ¼ cup fresh lime juice, 2 tsp. hot sauce or sriracha, 1 garlic clove
  • Season the chicken wings with sea salt, black pepper, and onion powder.
    1 tsp. onion powder, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, 2 lbs. whole chicken wings with tips
  • Pour the marinade over the chicken wings in a marinating container, and toss until everything is well coated.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours or up to 8 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 425 F.
  • Arrange chicken wings on a baking sheet, reserving the remaining marinade.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, baste with the remaining marinade and bake for another 20 minutes.
  • Put the baking sheet under the broiler. Broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until nice and crispy.
