Paleo Eggnog Recipe
Deliciously creamy treats are hard to come by without the element of dairy, but this Paleo eggnog is here to rouse your holiday cheer!

Place the egg yolks, vanilla, maple syrup, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a blender and blend for one minute.
4 egg yolks, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 3 tbsp. maple syrup, Pinch of nutmeg, ½ tsp. cinnamon
Pour in the hot coconut milk, then blend for 2 minutes longer.
4 cups full-fat coconut milk
Pour into drinking glasses and serve. Alternatively, cool and serve over ice.
