Preheat grill to medium-high.
In a bowl mix together the chili powder, cinnamon, garlic powder, onion powder for the pork chops and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Rub the pork chops with chili-cinnamon mix until well coated.
4 to 6 pork chops
Combine all the ingredients for the pear chutney in a saucepan and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, 3 pears, ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar, ¼ cup raw honey, ½ tsp. chili powder, ½ tsp. ground cinnamon, ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg, ½ tsp. ground ginger
Cook the chutney 8 to 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, grill the pork chops 4 to 5 minutes on each side, then let them sit 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve the pork chops with the pear chutney.
