  • In a bowl, combine the garlic, basil, lemon juice, and olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
    2 garlic cloves, 1 cup fresh basil leaves, 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Spread the rub on both sides of the pork chops, and marinate for 30 to 45 minutes.
    4 bone-in pork loin chops
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place the chops on the grill, and cook for about 6 minutes per side or until the chops are just cooked through.
