Melon Salsa Recipe
This light and fresh melon salsa is a tasty summer topping for burgers, fish, or anything else that could use a little crunch.

In a large bowl, combine the watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, cucumber, red onion and avocado.
1 cup watermelon, 1 cup cantaloupe, 1 cup honeydew melon, ½ cucumber, ¼ red onion, ½ avocado
Add the lime juice, cilantro, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
2 tbsp. cilantro, 2 limes, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Give everything a good stir and serve.
