  • Combine all the ingredients for the salsa in a bowl and refrigerate.
    1 cup fresh pineapple, 1 avocado, ¼ cup bell peppers, 2 tbsp. red onion, 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice, 1 tbsp. chopped cilantro, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Combine the shrimp, cilantro, chives, and garlic in a food processor. Pulse until the shrimp are finely chopped.
    1 ½ lb. shrimp, 2 tbsp. cilantro, 2 tbsp. fresh chives, 1 garlic clove
  • In a large bowl, combine the shrimp mixture with the radish, celery, almond meal, beaten egg, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    ¼ cup radishes, ¼ cup celery, 1 tsp. fresh lemon zest, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 egg, ¼ cup almond meal, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Shape the mixture into 4 burger patties.
  • Grill each burger for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  • Serve the burgers with the salsa spooned over the top.
