  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • In a bowl, whisk the tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons of water, allspice, and coconut aminos, and season to taste.
    ½ cup tomato sauce, 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp. coconut aminos, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, ⅛ tsp. ground allspice
  • In another bowl, combine the ground beef, celery, onion, mushroom, garlic, mustard, chili powder, and egg, and season to taste – and mix well.
    1 ½ lb. ground beef, 1 celery stalk, ½ red onion, ½ cup mushrooms, 2 garlic cloves, 1 ½ tsp. chili powder, 1 egg, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, 1 ½ tsp. ground mustard
  • Place the meat mixture in a loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on a baking sheet and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Spread the tomato sauce over the meatloaf, and place it back in the oven.
  • Cook another 12 to 15 minutes or until beef is cooked through.
  • Serve sprinkled with fresh parsley.
