Cayenne-rosemary roasted nuts will be an absolute hit at your next party, nut by nut they will quickly disappear, so be prepared with a second baking sheet!
Combine all the ingredients in a big mixing bowl and mix well.
1 ½ cups macadamia nuts, 1 ½ cups cashew nuts, 1 ½ cups pecan nuts, 1 ½ cups almonds, 1 tbsp. dried Italian herbs, 1 tbsp. chopped rosemary, 1 tsp. cayenne pepper, 2 tsp. paprika, 2 tsp. salt, Pepper, 3 tbsp. olive oil or coconut oil
Transfer to an oven-proof dish and roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
When the nuts are roasted, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before serving. Alternatively, cool completely and store in a sealed jar for up to 2 weeks.
