  • Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a big mixing bowl and mix well.
    1 ½ cups macadamia nuts, 1 ½ cups cashew nuts, 1 ½ cups pecan nuts, 1 ½ cups almonds, 1 tbsp. dried Italian herbs, 1 tbsp. chopped rosemary, 1 tsp. cayenne pepper, 2 tsp. paprika, 2 tsp. salt, Pepper, 3 tbsp. olive oil or coconut oil
  • Transfer to an oven-proof dish and roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
  • When the nuts are roasted, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before serving. Alternatively, cool completely and store in a sealed jar for up to 2 weeks.
  • Makes 6 cups.
