  • Preheat your BBQ or grill to medium high.
  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the creole seasoning.
    2 tbsp. paprika, ½ tbsp. garlic powder, ½ tbsp. onion powder, ½ tbsp. cayenne or chili powder, ¼ tbsp. dried oregano, ¼ tbsp. dried thyme
  • In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, zucchini pieces, and sausage pieces, and cover them with olive oil.
    ½ lb. the raw shrimp, ½ lb. sausage, 2 zucchini, 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • Pour the creole seasoning into the bowl and mix well until all the ingredients are covered.

  • Load the skewers up with alternating pieces of sausage, shrimp, and zucchini until they’re full.

  • Grill the skewers until the shrimp are well-cooked (6 to 8 minutes), and serve.
