  • Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush each chicken breast with BBQ sauce, and place each chicken breast on a large piece of foil.
    ½ cup homemade BBQ sauce, 4 chicken breasts
  • Divide the vegetables equally among the foil packets.
  • Drizzle the chicken and vegetables with olive oil and season to taste.
    1 zucchini, 1 bell pepper, 1 bunch of asparagus, 2 cups broccoli florets, 4 tbsp. olive oil, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Properly fold the foil, making sure everything is well sealed.

  • Place on the grill for 30 minutes, turning once at the halfway point.
  • Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
