Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
Brush each chicken breast with BBQ sauce, and place each chicken breast on a large piece of foil.
½ cup homemade BBQ sauce, 4 chicken breasts
Divide the vegetables equally among the foil packets.
Drizzle the chicken and vegetables with olive oil and season to taste.
1 zucchini, 1 bell pepper, 1 bunch of asparagus, 2 cups broccoli florets, 4 tbsp. olive oil, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Properly fold the foil, making sure everything is well sealed.
Aluminum foil
Place on the grill for 30 minutes, turning once at the halfway point.
Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
