In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, minus the drumsticks, and season to taste.
10 to 12 chicken drumsticks, ¼ cup olive oil, 4 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp. fresh lemon zest, ¼ cup fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp. paprika, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, 1 tsp. dried oregano
Mix everything until well combined.
Season the drumsticks with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Place the drumsticks in a marinating container, and pour the lemon-garlic marinade over the chicken.
Cover and let marinate for 2 to 8 hours.
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Remove the chicken from the container and place it in a baking dish.
Place in the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, turning at the halfway point.
Serve the chicken with fresh parsley sprinkled on top.
