Ingredients

Italian seasoning ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon tablespoons of basil
  • ½ teaspoon of marjoram
  • ½ teaspoon of oregano
  • ½ teaspoon of rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon of thyme

Instructions

  • Chop the cauliflower into small florets and trim the green beans.

  • Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add the cauliflower and the green beans for about 2-3 min just enough so they are tender-crisp. Drain the water immediately and place both vegetables in a large bowl.

  • While the cauliflower and the green beans cool down, cut the red pepper into small chunks and the red onion into thin slices (you can also cut the olive in slices or keep them whole).

  • Mix all the vegetables in the same bowl.
  • In a different bowl, whisk the olive oil, the white wine vinegar, the garlic, the black pepper, and the Italian seasoning.
    ½ cup black olives, 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar, ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning, ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix well.
  • Either serve right away or refrigerate for a few hours stirring once in a while to let the vegetables marinate.

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl or a pestle until well combined.
