Ingredients

  • 4 large oysters shucked open
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • Lemon wedges to serve
  • Paprika to taste
  • Cooking fat melted
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375 F.
  • Sprinkle the minced garlic and parsley evenly over the oysters, season to taste with sea salt, freshly ground black pepper and paprika.
    4 large oysters, 3 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, Paprika to taste
  • Now fill the oysters with some melted cooking fat.

  • Place in a baking dish and in the preheated oven to bake for 20 minutes.
  • Serve immediately when hot with a squeeze of lemon juice on top.
