Baked Garlic Oysters
Baked Garlic Oysters are a must-try, and we're certain that once you do, it will become a staple in your kitchen repertoire.

- 4 large oysters shucked open
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
- Lemon wedges to serve
- Paprika to taste
- Cooking fat melted
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 375 F.
Sprinkle the minced garlic and parsley evenly over the oysters, season to taste with sea salt, freshly ground black pepper and paprika.

Now fill the oysters with some melted cooking fat.
Cooking fat
Place in a baking dish and in the preheated oven to bake for 20 minutes.
Serve immediately when hot with a squeeze of lemon juice on top.
