Preheat oven to 375 F.
Bring a saucepan of water to a light boil over medium-high heat.
Add green beans and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
1 ½ lbs. green beans
Drain and place the beans in a bowl of iced water.
In a large bowl, mix the green beans, olive oil, garlic, onion, and season to taste.
1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. onion powder, 2 tbsp. olive oil, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Slice the bacon strips in half and wrap small batches of green beans.
4 to 6 bacon slices
Place the wrapped green beans on a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
