  • Using a blender, process the lemon juice, garlic and mustard. Add the mayonnaise and blend again.
    1 tablespoon lemon juice, 6 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon homemade or Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoon homemade mayonnaise
  • Slowly add the olive oil while the blender is in motion.
    ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Use a spatula to scrape all that delicious dressing in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, add some more lemon juice to taste and add some minced anchovy fillets to taste.
    Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, Minced anchovy fillets
