Juice of 1 lime

Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425 F.
In a bowl, combine the cauliflower, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, cumin, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

½ cup fresh cilantro,
1 tsp. cumin,
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Place the cauliflower mixture in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven.
