Chocolate Covered Almond Butter Stuffed Dates are an easy 4 ingredient no-bake finger-food treat that is irresistible as a snack or dessert.

- 12 Medjool dates halved and pitted
- ¼ cup natural almond butter
- Sea salt
- Fill each date’s halves with almond butter, and connect them back together. Secure with a toothpick. - 12 Medjool dates, ¼ cup natural almond butter 
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over medium heat, stirring until fully melted. - 2 cups dark chocolate broken into pieces 
- Dip each stuffed date in the melted chocolate, making sure they are well covered, and place on a parchment-lined baking pan. 
- Lightly sprinkle with sea salt and place in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes. - Sea salt
