In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar, and season to taste.
¼ cup homemade mayonnaise, ¼ cup olive oil, 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Add the cucumbers, radishes, and onion to a salad bowl.
1 cucumber, 8 radishes, ½ small red onion
Sprinkle the minced chives on top, and pour the sauce all over the salad.
¼ cup fresh chives
Gently toss everything until well coated and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Refrigerate or serve straight away.
