Cucumber And Strawberry Salad Recipe
A simple, fruity salad that you'll want to serve with everything this summer.

- Combine all the ingredients for the poppy seed dressing in a bowl. - ¼ cup. raspberry vinegar, 1 tsp. ground dry mustard, 1 tsp. onion, 1 cup extra virgin olive oil, ¼ cup raw honey, 1 tbsp. poppy seeds 
- In a salad bowl, toss the cucumbers and strawberries together. - 2 large cucumbers, 4 cups strawberries 
- Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
