  • 3 cloves garlic minced

  • 2 tablespoon fresh flat-leaf parsley minced
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients with enough olive oil to coat all your meat in a bowl and whisk well together. Season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
