Gremolata
Gremolata may be simple, but its power to transform a dish from good to extraordinary should not be underestimated.

- 1 packed cup flat-leaf parsley finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove minced
- Zest of 1 large lemon
Blend and chop the parsley and garlic together.
