- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 
- In a bowl, combine the avocado oil, coconut aminos, pineapple juice, and ginger. Season to taste and whisk thoroughly. - 3 tbsp. avocado oil, ¼ cup coconut aminos, ¼ cup fresh pineapple juice, 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper 
- Alternate the steak, pineapple, onion, and bell pepper as you thread onto the skewers. - 1 ½ lbs. sirloin steak, 1 bell pepper, 1 pineapple, 1 red onion, Wooden or metal skewers 
- Brush the skewers with the pineapple juice mixture making sure they are well covered. 
- Grill the skewers on the grill for 8 to 10 minutes, turning every 2 minutes and basting with any extra glaze.
