In a bowl, combine the Paleo mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon, and season to taste.
¼ cup homemade mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
In another bowl, combine all the other remaining ingredients.
1 celery stalk, ½ cucumber, ½ bell pepper, ½ cup cherry tomatoes
Pour the mayo mixture over the tuna and toss until everything is well-mixed.
1 cup cooked tuna
Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
Serve the tuna salad over fresh greens.
