Mason Jar Chicken Salad Recipe
You can never go wrong with a Mason jar salad! Dressing on the bottom, cooked chicken and veggies next, topped off with a simple vinaigrette dressing.

Ingredients

handfuls of baby spinach

green onions
chopped

cherry tomatoes
halved

radishes
thinly sliced

cucumber
sliced

cups
cooked chicken
cubed

olives
pitted
Herby Vinaigrette Ingredients

tablespoon
olive oil
2
tablespoon
lemon juice
Small handful of finely chopped parsley
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix together all the dressing ingredients and pour into two large mason jars.
2 cups cooked chicken,
3 tablespoon olive oil,
2 tablespoon lemon juice,
Small handful of finely chopped parsley,
Salt & pepper to taste
Add the chicken, then layer the baby spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, radish, green onion, and olives between the jars.
2 handfuls of baby spinach,
½ cup green onions,
½-1 cup cherry tomatoes,
½ cup radishes,
1 cucumber,
1 cup olives
Close tightly with a fitting lid and keep in the fridge for up to 2 days before serving.
