Red Wine, Garlic and Thyme Marinade

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl or jar and whisk well together. Season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
¾ cup red wine, ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil, 2 garlic cloves, 1 ½ tablespoon thyme leaves, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
